Make A Double Star Quilt On Creativebug!

We have teamed up with Creativebug once again and are thrilled to announce the release of our Double Star Quilt pattern and online class. Designed by Amber Corcoran, the traditional half-square triangle motif is refreshed with the use of bold colors and modern fabrics.

The Double Star Quilt class is a great place for beginning quilters to start. In the class, Amber talks you through the importance of fabric choice. The striking combination of light and dark fabrics really makes this quilt shine and she will help you pick the perfect fabric to make your quilt a success too! The video walks you through all the steps for making a 54" quilt top, but there are also instructions on how to expand the design for a queen-size quilt too.

The Double Star Quilt class is available on Creativebug right now! The pattern will also be available online or in-store from Fancy Tiger very soon. Additionally, we have put together some beautiful Nani Iro double gauze quilt kits that will give you the perfect combination of light and dark fabrics and enough yardage to make the smaller size quilt top.
