Craft Up a Trend: Tropical Style
It probably has to do with the hundred degree days we've been having and watching everyone's vacations scroll by on Instagram, but we're feeling it... tropical style. We're dreaming of pineapple cocktails on the beach and warm nights in a far-away locale. We've got a lot of amazing supplies in right now to help you get to this relaxed state, even if it's just through your hand-crafted tropical style.

Pineapples. Nothing says the tropics like a sweet and sticky pineapple. This fruit has come to symbolize summer in ways that bananas can only dream about. We haven't tried this yet, but could someone please make some pineapple shorts with this Pineapple Twill (sold out) fabric and the Shorts Chataigne pattern from Deer and Doe?? The small amount of lycra in this stretch twill would make the best shorts ever.
